How to buy a Traded Endowment Policy

Buying a Second Hand or Traded Endowment Policy (TEP) is easy and tax efficient

The A1 Policy Shop will assist you by selecting a list of policies tailored to meet your requirements.

Once you have made your selection a Sales Contract and an Absolute Deed of Assignment will be produced transferring all rights and benefits to the new owner. The deed will be registered with the life office confirming you as the new owner and an independent solicitor will forward to you all the documents. The life office will collect the premiums by direct debit.
